Every new Airrus rod is covered for 2 years by our Limited Original Owner Warranty. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and/or materials (paint, wraps, components). This warranty does not cover claims arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, unauthorized alterations, abuse or improper use or neglect. To the extent permitted by the law, this warranty does not cover claims for any incidental or consequential damage resulting from or in connection to the rod. The blank of the Airrus rods has 2 months of warranty by the purchase date. The warranty is effective from the date of purchase, to the original owner. Proof of purchase is necessary for all warranty claims.

On every rod you will find a warranty card, the form should be filled in every part and a copy must be sent to warranty@rodsbyairrus.com. 

Airrus reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the replacement of any Airrus rod covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.  

The Limited Original Owner Warranty applies to Airrus rods and their original owner only. Airrus reserves the right to replace the rods for a warranty fee  If any Airrus rod breaks because of a defect in workmanship or materials, then Airrus will replace the rod at no charge.

Rods that become damaged due to circumstances other than workmanship and materials will be replaced for a fee in addition to the standard warranty fees shown above. Airrus reserves the right to determine this fee and will advise you of this cost before proceeding. Shipping charges associated with the return of a rod to Airrus for warranty servicing will be the responsibility of the customer, return shipping will be covered by Airrus. Airrus reserves the right to revise its warranty fees without notice due to the volatile nature of today freight charges. We suggest that it is in your best interest to contact Airrus prior to returning a rod for prevailing warranty rates.

AIRRUS REQUIRES EACH ROD RETURNED TO AIRRUS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT SHOWING “PROOF OF PURCHASE” IN ORDER TO VALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY

AIRRUS RODS WAS PURCHASED FROM CASTAWAY.  AS A PART OF THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT THE NEW OWNER OF AIRRUS DID NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY ISSUES FOR RODS MANUFACTUERED AND SOLD BY AIRRUS / CASTAWAY PRIOR TO THE SALE OF AIRRUS TO ITS NEW OWNER. AS OF AUGUST 23, 2012 AIRRUS WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITY FOR RODS PURCHASED PRIOR TO THE DATE OF SALE OF AIRRUS FROM CASTAWAY TO ITS NEW OWNER. RODS PURCHASED FROM AIRRUS AFTER THE DATE OF SALE OF AIRRUS TO ITS NEW OWNER WILL BE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY AS SHOWN ON OUR WEBSITE. WE SINCERELY REGRET THE NECESSITY TO IMPLEMENT THIS DECISION REGARDING RODS PRODUCED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER AND HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCT WE DID NOT PRODUCE
